This charge will be refunded by check when cancellation notice is received at least 15 days prior to reservation date less a $50 plus tax per room processing fee. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to reservation date, the total fee charged is non-refundable but can be applied for a future stay within 1 year, based upon availability. Only 1 rescheduled date is allowed, if rescheduled date is cancelled, no further credit is given. No refund or credit is given on cancellations received on the day of the reservation. We are not responsible for acts of God that may cause power outages or other problems to the cottages, guests or your property during your stay.

PROVISIONS: About the "cottage experience"! We stock the cottages with complimentary tea, coffee and cream. We will bring your breakfast to your cottage in the morning. If you have travel plans that might make it necessary to get an early start, let us know and we will pack and deliver a "To Go" continental breakfast that evening that you can enjoy early in your cottage or take on the road with you.
